Return Policy

– If something is wrong we will make it right. Please email returns@pts-inc.com if there is an issue with your order.
– Returns are only accepted if the item was purchased directly from www.pts-inc.com.
– Returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number. To request a return authorization number contact PTS at support@pts-inc.com or 256-539-6787.
– For a full refund item must be returned/exchanged unused in its original packaging and received by PTS, Inc. within 14 days of shipment.
– Items returned between 14-30 days of shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Processing

We have the right to refuse any order.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days for items in stock and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
PTS, Inc. is closed on all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days.


Items will be shipped through FedEx. Please contact to request other shipping options.

Standard: 3-7 days
Expedited: 2-3 days
Express: 1-2 days

Multi-ship is not applicable.
