Combat Net Radio (CNR) — RT-1702 / RT-1523
The RT-1702 (L3Harris) and RT-1523 SINCGARS ASIP are Combat Net Radio systems used across Army and National Guard formations, with newer CNR platforms such as the Thales AN/PRC-7350 (RT-2129) now being fielded as drop-in RT-1523 replacements. The PTS PSDS for the CNR family supports vehicle-mounted and fixed-site power integration, eliminating battery dependency for units operating in static command post and garrison training environments.
