SINCGARS / RT-1523 ASIP
The SINCGARS RT-1523 ASIP is the U.S. Army’s primary VHF Combat Net Radio, fielded across every Active Army Division and the vast majority of National Guard formations. Operating in the 30–88 MHz range, SINCGARS requires reliable vehicular and fixed-site power for continuous operations — especially in static or semi-static command post configurations where BA-5590 battery logistics become a critical sustainment burden. The PTS PSDS for SINCGARS eliminates that dependency entirely.
